Our Studio

This studio is very special, and I believe it is a rare gem that is hidden under the label 'gym'.   As the owner, it has always been my calling to guide people towards wellness.  Physical wellness in strength classes and yoga, but also an inward wellness.  Through the use of movement, we have the capability to heal our bodies, and also our hearts.  We grow stronger physically, but also emotionally.  When we do the hard things in life, when we show up for ourselves in a positive way, and when we love ourselves and put ourselves first...we grow stronger in every way imaginable.

Our Strength Classes

At E3, we offer hands on coaching in small and intimate class sizes.  Our group training classes have a maximum of fifteen people per session, which allows the coach to stay focused and tuned into each tribe mate's personal needs. This is important to us for a few reasons.

 

First, the way that we train takes attention to detail, movement, and form. Our studio is highly kettlebell driven, which we believe to be both challenging and fun! Using kettlebells isn't always so simple though.  They are amazing tools for gaining both strength and conditioning, but they require a lot of fine tuning and focus to develop healthy movement patterns. Don't let this intimidate you, but instead, to encourage you to learn something new. We are here to guide you every step of the way.

Also, E3 is designed to ALWAYS remain a boutique gym.  We enjoy knowing each and every member as friends, and they are!  Tribe, community, and friendship are what makes our studio special. Getting lost in the crowd at a huge gym can feel isolating and intimidating.  We will take care of you in every way, including encouragement and a nurturing approach to your physical wellness.

Our Training Style

Our studio offers a diverse training style designed to offer a well rounded, whole body experience during each and every class.  We are a strength and conditioning gym which uses kettlebells as the primary foundation to our workouts.  But also, there are classes where we never touch a kettlebell! 

 

Being a boutique gym, we have the freedom to train in many different fashions. Our classes include dumbbell and barbell weight lifting, calisthenic strength, HIIT conditioning, isometric endurance, yoga, flexibility, and deep abdominal strength and conditioning circuits just to name a few. We love to do it all!  Our programming seamlessly blends the training throughout the week to leave your body feeling both stronger and healthier in every possible way.

Our Mat Classes

For me, teaching a mat class is an opportunity to guide my students toward healing, both physically and emotionally. I never leave my mat without feeling as though I encouraged my students to FEEL whatever it is that they needed to both move through and release.  If my tribe leaves the studio feeling lighter, looser, and more empowered, then I did my job.

In the coming year, 2024, we will be offering intuitive training class series, shadow work classes, spiritual growth gatherings, Tarot workshops, and many other opportunities to explore all the elements of wellness; mind, body, and soul.

Every day I step into the gym to coach I feel genuinely happy and fulfilled.  For me, having the opportunity to touch other people's lives with positivity, encouragement, and inspiration is the best kind of career a person could ask for.

 

I am someone who values authenticity and it is my intention to show up for my clients as a person 'who walks her talk'.  As a coach, it is my highest priority to lead others toward personal success with an optimistic and uplifting environment.

Although I am all of these things, I won't let my clients get away with poor work ethic.  Show up, work hard, dig deep, and trust that you will see the changes you desire if you trust the process and your own tenacity.

The RKC Certification stands for Russian Kettlebell Challenge, which is rooted in a Hard Style philosophy related to martial arts such as Karate.  It refers to techniques that meet force with force, and are emphasized with strength and speed. But it can also be likened to the softer-styled, internal martial arts, such as Tai Chi, that require mental focus and fluidity of movement. Hardstyle training is thus the blending of both internal and external martial arts that is then applied to athletic strength and conditioning.
