This class offers a whole body workout that will challenge you. Kettlebells are unique, as they teach you to move outside the 'linear' lifting exercises commonly used with barbells & dumbbells. Never used kettlebells? Don't worry, we will teach you how to use them safely and confidently.
Grinds are controlled kettlebell exercises. Complex movements, such as turkish getups, are blended with simpler exercises, such as squats, to offer whole body strength training in one session.
Ballistics are powerful bursts of movement that generate enormous force using fast twitch training. Swings, cleans, and snatches are just a few of our favorite movements to gain immense endurance and cardiovascular strength gains.​

This high energy class is all about endurance. As a group, we move together with workouts that push us to keep going when we want to quit. Hypertrophy strength, low & high intensity cardio, isometrics, and whole body endurance challenges, create a workout that leaves us sweaty and feeling amazing.

Expect to use medicine balls, tire sleds, battle ropes, dumbbells, kettlebells, and your own body weight during this incredible hour long class.​​​ The workouts are designed to build whole body strength & conditioning that challenges you to reach new limits.

BUTI YOGA
Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret." No, it does not mean 'booty', but it will give you one heck of a good looking backside.
Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive dance, conditioning, spiraling, shaking, somatic movement, and deep abdominal toning. Be prepared to sweat during this hour long class that isn't anything like a traditional yoga class.
Buti is music driven, and the instructor follows the rhythm of the playlist in a completely unscripted flow. Using their inner compass and body intuition to lead the class in a creative series of movement, Buti truly is a unique, fun, and empowering experience!

GRAVITY
Gravity is a unique creation of my own that beautifully blends strength, isometric holds, deep pulsing, stretching, and somatic flow movement into an hour long mat class that connects us back to ourselves.
Soulful blends of music guide us as we move our bodies with the flow of the playlist. This class moves at a slow pace, but it will challenge you. Prepare to feel your muscles quiver and burn, and then move in a way that releases the tension.
This class is the perfect companion for anyone who lifts weights, runs, or trains with intensity. Gravity truly is movement for healing, and we always leave our mats feeling 'buttery' and amazing.

independent training
This program offers customized workouts for you to complete on your own during our open studio training times. I love this offering, because it is like hiring a personal trainer without the high cost of one on one sessions.
Every six weeks, you meet with me for an hour long training session to go over your personal program. I offer guidance on your movement patterns, weight options, and intensity. This program gives you an opportunity to train at your own pace and level, in an intimate gym environment, without feeling overwhelmed by a huge gym scene. The workouts are designed to challenge and encourage you to keep building strength and momentum, with the guidance of a personal coach.
