Class Schedule 

Group Strength & Conditioning

There is a reason people love group training, and I'm here for it!  In group classes, we want to be pushed, work harder than we would on our own, and enjoy the energy of a bad ass tribe.  At our studio, I offer our members two diverse group strength and conditioning workouts a week. These hour long classes are designed to offer a whole body workout that is challenging, inspiring, and FUN.

What to expect at E3?  Kettlebells, HIIT Training, Strength Endurance, Isometrics, Calisthenics, and an opportunity to learn!  The foundation of our program is based on functional movement that is focused on kettlebell training. As an RKC Certified Kettlebell studio, I train our members how to do the basic kettlebell movements such as swings and cleans. As members evolve they have opportunities to learn much more complex and intricate movements such as turkish getups, windmills, and snatches.

Our group classes are just that, a class that stays engaged with everyone all at once.  We work as one unit, a team, and enjoy the excitement of moving together. I'm present in every class explaining the movements, coaching form and technique, and encouraging you to keep going when you feel like you want to quit.
Every class is designed to make you stronger, both physically and on a much deeper and internal level.  Getting stronger in the gym always means getting stronger on the inside.  It's pretty magical stuff. 

Independent Strength Program

The Independent Strength program offers our tribe an opportunity to train at their own pace and level. I carefully create three different workouts for members to complete during the week that blend strength, endurance, and mobility training into a well rounded and challenging fitness program.  These workouts repeat for the duration of the month, offering our tribe the chance to grow and become stronger through repetition and attention to fine tuning their movement patterns. 

Now, this program is INDENDENT because members complete their workouts during the month without a coach present. So how does it work?

Members choose one of the four available time slots to be in the gym.  (See the schedule above.) Once the time slot is selected, it is important that members consistently workout at the chosen days and times.  Having a set schedule is always important in order to master consistency and healthy habit building, and it is helpful to schedule your life AROUND your training program.

At the beginning of each month a fresh training program is created for members that includes three workouts to perform during the week.  The first MONDAY of the month a coach will be present in all four class times, teaching the three workouts to members during the PROGRAM WORKSHOP day.  It is very important to attend these workshops, as this is your only opportunity during the month to meet with your coach in person.  During the workshops, the coach will not only explain the workouts, but also make any modifications needed for each individual member.  The coach will also be watching you do the exercises, and offering movement corrections to follow throughout the remainder of the month.

The programs will include all of our E3 favorites: weight lifting, kettlebell ballistics, medicine balls, battle ropes, jump ropes, body weight training such as pull ups and push ups, yoga, cardiovascular and high intensity movements, and isometric holds....just to name a few.  This program is unique, in that it offers the fun and tough training programs we love at E3, but you get the freedom to train without the pressure of a group class.  Also, our gym is small and intimate.  It is a safe space to learn, get stronger, and take your time on your journey without feeling intimidated or uncomfortable by the huge gym scene.

Our training style is diverse, creative, and designed to challenge you in the best possible way. This is a great program for people who want to train harder than they would on their own, or just want to learn how to get stronger. We will meet you exactly where you are at, so please don't feel like you need to be in excellent shape to take on this challenge!  Everyone started somewhere, so why not begin here at E3?

Buti  Yoga

Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret." No, it does not mean 'booty', but it will give you one heck of a good looking backside.
 
Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning.  Be prepared to sweat during this hour long class! Buti Yoga is music driven, and the flow follows the rhythm and tempo of the playlist.  Another fun element on Buti Yoga is that it is completely unscripted.  The instructor follows their own inner compass to lead the class in an artistic and creative flow.

Using the somatic movements of spiraling and shaking, Buti truly is a unique experience!  This all in one workout tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation.  
Buti helps us to tap into our inner power to unleash unshakable confidence, uncover true desire and bond with others instead of compete. The Buti Yoga movement methodology clears away stuck energy and revitalizes the body to allow each student to shift their perception of the world around them. 

 

GRAVITY

Gravity is one of my favorite mat classes to teach. This special creation of my own beautifully blends yoga, pilates, strength, isometric holds, deep pulsing and toning, lengthening, and somatic movement that connects us back to ourselves.

Slow, low, and deep soulful blends of music guide us as we move our bodies to the rhythm and flow of the playlist.  Music connects our mind, body, and soul in this practice leaving us feeling more open and grounded.

This class moves at a slow pace, but it will challenge you! Prepare to feel your muscles quiver and burn a bit, and then move in a way that releases the tension.  Gravity builds strength, flexibility, and balance...along with that connection to our own self.
